Meet Apphia Doucet
I’m Apphia Doucet - a speaker, writer, and transformational leader. At my core, I’m someone who’s walked through the fire, faced the voices of doubt, and found purpose in the process. Every season of my life has prepared me to carry words that heal, convict, and call women higher.
My deepest calling is to help individuals break free from the limits within - to move from stuck to steady, from exhausted to empowered, and from existing to truly living. Through speaking, writing, and creating Everyday Purpose, I help people rediscover their freedom, live with intention, and walk in purpose - every day.
My Journey
From breaking barriers as the first woman to coach and win a championship - and be named Coach of the Year — in a male-dominated sport, to transforming countless lives through Crystalized Fitness, my life has been marked by arenas where courage was required. Some arenas were built to prove myself, others became spaces to heal, but every one of them prepared me for this assignment.
I’ve faced fear, carried high expectations, and wrestled with the weight of “not enough.” Those experiences didn’t disqualify me.... they qualified me. They gave me the fire to confront limitation, the discernment to see untapped potential, and the courage to push people beyond surviving into thriving.
Those lessons became the foundation of everything I now teach and create.
What I Stand For - My Pillars
These four pillars define how I live and lead. These are more than principles I believe in - they’re the framework I live by. They’ve carried me through every season, and they’ll strengthen you, too.
Faith
Faith is not just a word I stand on, but it is also the ground I walk on. It carried me through fire and it will carry you, too. We don’t rise by our own strength, but by trusting the One who never fails.
Obedience
Obedience is where courage lives. It’s not just believing. It’s moving when God says move, even when it doesn’t make sense. Every step of obedience I’ve taken has unlocked new levels of freedom, and I invite you to step boldly with me.
Integrity
Integrity is keeping the standard the standard. It’s being the same person in private that you are in public. It’s refusing to shrink or compromise, even when it would be easier. When we live with integrity, we walk with authority.
Leadership
Leadership isn’t about titles. It is about rising first so others can rise too. It’s choosing to use your influence with authenticity, courage, and love. My call is not only to lead, but also to remind you that leadership already lives within you, too.

Why I Do This
I long to give others what I needed most: the courage to face fear, the confidence to believe they are enough, and the freedom to live authentically.
I do this because I know what it feels like to be stuck, exhausted, and unfulfilled - to look strong on the outside while quietly struggling inside. I also know the power of transformation when healing takes place, truth replaces lies, and people step boldly into purpose.
My calling is simple: to make authenticity contagious, courage accessible, and living on purpose an everyday reality.
